These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between: Graphics Solutions Ltd., referred to below as the „Provider“, and every client of Graphics Solutions Ltd., referred to below as the „User“, using its services, agreeing to abide by the listed terms of use:
The Provider reserves the right to change, delete, and edit the Terms of Use at any time, with the respective changes being published at this address. Reports of violations of these Terms of Use are to be sent to abuse@grafixhost.bg.
The Provider is not responsible if an email message sent by them ends up in the SPAM or another folder of the customer’s email address.
The Provider strictly prohibits placing the following types of content, such as files or links, on hosted websites:
- Torrent links (Torrent tracker)
- psyBNC, IRC, and similar applications
- Pornographic publications
- Warez content
- Hacker programs or archives
- Software for sending SPAM messages
- Unauthorized copyrighted content
- File downloads
- Background processes (proxy server, chat sessions)
- Website rating systems and platforms for file/image sharing
- Content violating the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria
- European legal norms
- Scripts or programs intending DDoS (Denial of Service) attacks
- Perl or Python-based applications and scripts that may cause unwanted effects on our system are automatically monitored and the file system is secured.
- Pages focused on gaming servers (Counter-Strike, Minecraft, World of Warcraft, GTA, and others).
Server Limits and Restrictions:
The shared hosting service assumes the use of resources from one server by a certain number of users. To avoid excessive consumption of resources by one user at the expense of others, the following limitations have been introduced for each individual hosting package:
The space provided by the Provider cannot be used solely for backup purposes. This applies only to services falling under the „Shared Hosting“ category. The space can only be used for the needs of websites hosted on the User’s hosting account. Users who violate these conditions will be notified via email and will be given a 24-hour deadline to take the necessary actions. If the violation is not rectified within the given timeframe, the hosting account will be suspended.
The Provider is not responsible for changes caused by additional software such as cPanel, LiteSpeed, Softaculous, and others.
The Provider is not responsible for the proper functioning or limitations provided by third parties such as cPanel, LiteSpeed, Softaculous, and others.
Each individual database uploaded by the User cannot exceed a limit of 1GB (1,024 MB). Users who violate this condition will be notified via email and will be given a 24-hour deadline to take the necessary actions. If the violation is not rectified within the given timeframe, the hosting account will be suspended.
The Provider is obligated to inform the User of any upcoming actions on their part.
Use of Multimedia Streaming and Provider’s Offered Support
Media streaming is offered in the form of FFmpeg/Xvid/MP4Box support, along with a PHP module for FFmpeg that your applications can use. The following actions, where the client may be restricted, are limited:
- Uploading and converting a video clip format larger than 200MB
- Uploading and converting more than 1 video clip format at once
- Using Video formatting and conversion support provided to all customers for creating websites like Vbox/Youtube on shared hosting
- Using FFmpeg technology to create a site containing licensed materials or Erotic video materials
Email Sending and Possible Restrictions:
Sending unwanted bulk, commercial messages (Commercial messages) over the Internet (also known as SPAM) from servers belonging to the Provider is strictly prohibited. The Provider reserves the right to impose sanctions on a SPAM violator – removal of the User’s account without warning. „SPAM“ will also be considered as any subsequent solicited or unsolicited commercial message sent after 300 (three hundred) messages within 1 hour or more than 20 email messages within 1 minute, whether sent through email software on the User’s home computer or through web-based software applications such as phpList/ccMail and others.
In case of sending unsolicited messages through contact or registration forms, the Provider reserves the right to limit the email service for the client.

- Sending emails while using the „VPS Hosting“ service is not limited, but excessively rapid or massive sending of emails may result in unpleasant restrictions from global email providers like MSN/Yahoo/Google.
- Sending emails while using the „Dedicated Server“ service is not limited, but excessively rapid or massive sending of emails may result in unpleasant restrictions from global email providers like MSN/Yahoo/Google.
Unmanaged VPS Servers
An Unmanaged VPS provides a service where the User has full access and manages it independently. This includes both the content hosted on the service and the associated Operating System, system services, and others.
In case of issues, the User can contact the Provider for potential solutions, but the Provider is not obliged to take action.
The Provider is not responsible for the content hosted on this type of service, which is managed by the User themselves.
Managed VPS Servers
A Managed VPS provides a service where the User has limited access. Server care, operating system, system services, and others are managed by the Provider. Additionally, if necessary, additional non-standard services can be added if various factors (operating system, control panel, or others) allow.
The Provider is not responsible for the content the User has placed on this service.

The Provider aims to respond to your first inquiry within 15 minutes; however, due to various factors, rapid response cannot be guaranteed.
Security and Daily Scanning of Hosting Services
The Provider is obligated to scan and review the content of customers using Shared Hosting with antivirus and other available programs.
The User agrees to take responsibility for their files and their condition if they use the VPS Hosting service without support from the Provider.

The User is responsible for their files and their condition if they use the Shared Hosting service without support from the Provider.
The User agrees that limiting or interrupting their service, whether it’s VPS or Dedicated Server, could be caused by inadequate service maintenance.
Backup Function for Shared Hosting Services
The Daily Backup service for Shared Hosting is provided voluntarily by the Provider. The Provider’s platform performs several backups on its own equipment at its discretion. Typically, 7 archive copies are retained.
The Provider stores the archives made by itself for its needs in cases of force majeure circumstances, technical problems with the Provider’s equipment, actions or inactions by third parties and organizations seeking to harm the Provider.
The Provider encourages the user to store additional information located on the space provided to them for use on remote media and/or devices.
The Provider reserves the right to exclude large-sized files, specific extensions, or certain directories when creating backup copies and files uploaded for archiving, in order to avoid system overload. Some, but not all, extensions that are excluded from Backup archiving include tgz, rar, zip, mp3, mp4, avi, iso, bak, mov, sql, gz, and others.
Using SFTP/SSH Protocol for Connection
The user agrees that every action they take may be logged in system logs.
The user agrees that any action against the system or its security may result in deactivation of their service.
The user is responsible for all actions that third parties can perform using their key or password.
Uptime/Maintaining Service Websites in Normal Condition
The Provider agrees and obliges to maintain the websites of all Users in proper condition according to the already described conditions for using the services.
The Provider is not responsible for conditions beyond its control that cause service interruption, for example:
- Issues caused by a user who has violated the terms of service and caused the global network to limit the connectivity we offer for shared use;
- Hardware-level issues that cannot be controlled and fixed within the normal 10-20 minutes for software factors;
- Issues caused by attacks or incorrect user settings.
The Provider is not responsible if client websites reach server limitations and internal security systems automatically temporarily restrict the pages.
The Provider is not responsible in case a user reaches server limitations and internal systems temporarily restrict internet page access to maintain the quality of the service.
The Provider is obliged to review the exact reason for the interruption of service access and assist the User within reasonable limits.
The Provider is obliged to explain in detail the reasons for all service interruptions that the User uses.
The Provider is not responsible if the User cannot establish a connection to their service unless the reason is within the Provider itself.
The Provider is not responsible in case of force majeure circumstances such as fire, flood, emergencies, war, blockade, earthquake, and others.
The customer must conduct all correspondence with third parties with whom they have contractual relations when resolving issues related to applications hosted on the Provider’s servers. The Provider may request additional information to clarify the cause of the incident or issue initially reported by the Customer.
Domain Registration, Renewal, and Transfer
In order to use the provided services, the User must register by providing the necessary information on the registration form and paying the corresponding subscription fee.
The full activation of the domain is done within two days of its registration in the domain name registers on the Internet.
The Provider is not responsible in cases where the data provided by the User is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate, leading to registration refusal.
The Provider gives the User the opportunity to renew the period for which the chosen domain is registered. Before the expiration of the User’s requested domain registration period, the Provider sends reminder emails to the email address provided by the User.
The Provider is not responsible if the User has not received the reminder email due to providing incorrect or inaccurate email addresses, or if the User has changed their email addresses and has not notified the Provider.
The Provider is not responsible if, after the expiration of the registration period, the domain name has been requested and/or registered by a third party, the price for new registration or renewal is higher, the domain is not functioning, or it has been deleted from the records because the User did not timely pay for the extension of its registration.
A domain cannot be transferred out until it has been registered for 60 days.
A domain cannot be transferred out after it has expired or if there are less than two weeks left before the expiration date.
GrafixHost does not offer the registration of premium domains.
GrafixHost registers domains with a minimum name length of 3 characters. If this condition is not met, the request will be invalid.
GrafixHost registers .bg domains with name lengths between 3 and 63 characters.
Individuals under the age of 18 cannot register a domain name with the .bg extension.
Some domain extensions have a grace period during which the domain name can be renewed at its standard price. Jump.BG does not determine the presence or absence of such a period, nor its duration.
The Provider is not responsible if the Main Registrar imposes a punitive fee for renewing a domain name after its expiration period. The fee itself is determined by the Main Registrar.
The Provider is obligated to keep the content of temporarily suspended accounts for shared hosting services for 45 days. The retention time for data on virtual servers that are not renewed or have been suspended is 30 days.
Intellectual Property
The materials provided on this website, including but not limited to all editorial materials, photographs, illustrations, and other graphic materials, names, logos, trademarks, and service marks, are the property of the Provider and are protected by copyright law and other laws of intellectual property.
The Provider reserves the right to restrict or completely exclude websites that use foreign intellectual property for one reason or another on its website without the consent of the actual owner who might offer this property against payment.
The Provider does not provide any information about its clients to third parties (except for the public Whois information for domains). The only exception is if it is requested by official judicial and prosecutorial authorities. The User agrees that the Provider uses the provided personal data for the purpose of delivering and maintaining the offered services.
The Provider and the user agree never to make public the written or oral correspondence between them. The correspondence should not be published in print and electronic media (including websites).
The Provider is not responsible for changes in the appearance or functionality of external providers such as cPanel, LiteSpeed, and others.
Service Prices
The User has the right to withdraw from using the service and terminate the contract within a period of up to 30 calendar days without notice and without specifying a reason. After termination of the contract, the paid amount for the purchased services is returned to the User. To do this, it is necessary to fill out the STANDARD FORM FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, which can be found HERE, or to unequivocally state the decision to refuse the service in another way (sending a message within the mentioned period). The services whose fees are not refundable under Article 57, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act are all products from the following categories: domain registration, SEO services, SSL certificates.
In case of refusal of the provided service, all purchased additional licenses such as cPanel, LiteSpeed, Cloudlinux, and others are not subject to refund. Additional services related to .bg domain names or radio hosting are also non-refundable.
You can cancel your service after the initial 30 days only at the end of its payment period.
The period for refund is up to 14 calendar days.
When making a bank payment, the User is obliged to enter the number of the issued proforma invoice in the „Purpose“ field. In case of incorrectly filled field, the Provider is not responsible if the payment is not recorded in time.
Any received payment that cannot be reflected by the Provider will be refunded to the respective payer.
The User has the right to withdraw from using the service within a period of up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the start of the service and terminate the contract without notice and without specifying a reason.
Payment Methods
Through the PayPal system – according to the conditions for making payments through PayPal, available at www.paypal.com. The payment process is carried out entirely within the PayPal system and in compliance with their general terms. After completing the payment process, the PayPal system automatically redirects you back to the Platform. Access to the Service will be provided to you upon confirmation from PayPal of successful payment.
Through the ePay.BG system – according to the conditions for making payments through ePay, available at www.epay.bg. The payment process is carried out entirely within the ePay system and in compliance with their general terms. After completing the payment process, the ePay system automatically redirects you back to the Platform. Access to the Service will be provided to you upon confirmation from ePay of successful payment.
Payment via the Stripe platform – according to the conditions for making payments through Stripe, available at www.stripe.com. On the payment screen, the User should enter the details of their debit/credit card and the secret identification code, after which the payment with the card is authorized. In case of successful payment, Stripe returns a response for the successful transaction. In case of unsuccessful payment, Stripe returns a response for the unsuccessful transaction.
You can pay online with any Visa / Visa Electron / MasterCard or AMEX card through the Stripe platform.
The Stripe platform provides the option to make automatic payments to GrafixHost.BG by direct debit from the User’s bank card. When a Proforma invoice is issued by GrafixHost.BG for a service requested by the User, Stripe automatically deducts the amount necessary to pay the Proforma invoice issued by GrafixHost.BG from the specified bank card. After successful payment, GrafixHost.BG sends the invoice directly to the User by email.
Through EasyPay – according to the conditions for making payments through EasyPay, available at www.easypay.bg. Payment can be made at one of the 1500 EasyPay cash desks throughout the country. EasyPay cash desks are also available in most branches of First Investment Bank, Office 1 Superstore, Central Cooperative Bank, D Bank, TeximBank, Billa, Piccadilly, Fantastico, etc.

When making a bank payment, the User is obliged to enter the number of the issued proforma invoice in the „Purpose“ field. In case of incorrectly filled field, the Provider is not responsible if the payment is not recorded in time.
Any received payment that cannot be reflected by the Provider will be refunded to the respective payer.
COOKIE POLICY
GrafixHost.BG uses information collection technologies known as „cookies“, which are a small amount of information that the web server sends to the web browser and allows the server to collect feedback information from the browser.
By using the GrafixHost.BG website, the User agrees to the Cookie Policy.
The Provider has the right to use „cookies“ to provide the User with a better experience on GrafixHost.BG and to offer the most suitable service to the User.
The Provider has the right to prepare anonymous statistics that help understand how the User prefers to use the pages of GrafixHost.BG in order to improve their structure and content, excluding the identification of the User’s identity.
Visiting GrafixHost.BG may create the following cookies:
- For website performance;
- For analyzing website visitors;
- For geographical targeting;
- For registration;
- For advertising activities.
The User can delete cookies through the options of each browser.
The Provider reserves the right to change the Cookie Policy at any time.
Given that we provide services to our clients remotely through electronic means and in accordance with the current legislation in the country, the consent to the general terms and conditions during the ordering process has the force of a distance contract. We do not practice entering into individual paper contracts with separate clients.
